Nope! Our Fall 2020 collection worked on a pre-order basis. During Covid however, the pre-order model proved unreliable. Now, we carry inventory, and operate a waitlist when something sells out. With enough interest, popular styles will come back! (You can vote for your fave old style here!)
Our Luxe sweatshirts are a heavyweight 100% cotton French terry, our Unisex sweatshirts (which are all the others) are a supersoft 80% cotton and 20% polyester blend.

Our Unisex sweatshirts are a relaxed fit. Choose your normal size!
I'd recommend machine washing on cold with like colors, and air drying if you can. Like all cotton garments, the sweatshirts will last longer if you wash this way!
Tumble dry low heat works well too!
Both Unisex and Luxe sweatshirts are pre-shrunk. (I've tested 'em all!)

Do you live on Shelter Island? We do too! Just select Local Delivery at checkout and we'll bring your order over to your house for free (contact-less!). Email hello@shelter-me.com if there are gates or special instructions for deliveries to your house!
We process orders within 2-3 business days, then ship them to you via UPS Ground. All in all, standard shipping takes 4-8 business days. If you absolutely positively must get it sooner than that, email us at hello@shelter-me.com.
Honestly, this was a tough one for us. We are committed to you loving your sweatshirt! From style to fit, we want you to be happy. That said, we're in a Covid world with a limited run of pieces. At this moment, we're not accepting returns.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day.

Our sweatshirts arrive to you in compostable packaging!
What it means: Compostable packaging is typically made from a number of renewable plant-based materials and/or bio-polymers. To be certified home compostable, a product must break down in home compost within 180 days and 90 days in commercial composting conditions.
